Paris Book Fair 2008

By offering to the Israeli literature the place of honor guest, the Salon du Livre de Paris 2008 (Paris Book Fair) paid tribute to the flourishing artistic variety of the country.
Not less than 39 writers came to the Fair, among whom the new generation: Etgar Keret, Alona Kimhi, Rutu Modan, Zeruya Shalev… Numerous events (lectures, movies, music) illustrated and completed brilliantly this cultural whirl.

If Israel was Honor Guest, Hagalleria had the great honor to exhibit, in preview, the pictures of three of its artists on the wall of the VIP square: Jean-Baptiste Bodenheimer black and white prints on Tel Aviv architecture, Didier Ben Loulou Letters series, and amazing color saturated images by Leora Laor.

Those artists where also present on the gallery stand, just next to Israel stand, where a preview of Yigal Feliks work (Utopie? Hagalleria first show) was revealed.
